Examine Your Practice offers you an effective way to examine your practice from front to back. In doing so, we can provide you with valuable information that will help you make key decisions and guide your practice to greater success.

So, how does this work?
Examine Your Practice provides you with a four step approach to diagnosing your practice for success:
- Initial Consultation
- Mystery Patient Preparation
- Data Collection
- Report Findings
Initial Consultation
Once you have engaged Examine Your Practice we will discuss the key objectives for your practice evaluation. We’ll talk about the areas that you would like to be assessed and what type of information you can expect from us. We’ll go over the evaluation tool we will use to capture the information and review the process from start to finish.
Mystery Patient Preparation
Next we will select one or more of our experienced Mystery Patients who best meet the needs for your evaluation criteria and discuss with them your goals and objectives. Our Mystery Patients all go through a rigorous selection and training process. In Nevada, they work under our licensed full time Private Investigator. They will be briefed on the specifics of your evaluation and committed to focus on your areas of concern as well as make objective observations.
Data Collection
The data collection process begins at the Mystery Patient’s first phone call to schedule an appointment. Neither you nor your staff will know who this individual is or when they might be calling your office. We strictly protect the identity of our Mystery Patients to help maintain the integrity of their findings. Every visit will be a different Mystery Patient to ensure that you have a fair representation and, therefore, a credible practice evaluation.
Next, the Mystery Patient enters your practice and begins interacting with you and members of your staff. Immediately after their appointment they record all observations and respond to the questions contained in the evaluation tool.
Evaluation forms are completed and submitted via our secure web site within 48 hours of the Mystery Patient’s visit .Our staff of Quality Control experts then review the evaluations for accuracy, consistency and objectivity before submitting the evaluations for client review.
Report Findings
There will be 6 Mystery Patient visits within the first 3 months and one per quarter thereafter. After the initial 6 visits, Examine Your Practice will summarize and prepare a comprehensive report based on the combined findings of the evaluations.We will then review our findings and recommend resources to assist with the areas in need of improvement.
You will be able to view all your evaluations and the final report via our secure web site.
Examine Your Practice will then present a certificate indicating the level of patient satisfaction and care provided by your office. This helps to reinforce your willingness and desire to satisfy your patients and recognize your staff for their efforts.
Follow Up and Ongoing Support
Examine Your Practice recognizes that staff turnover and changes in practice management will result in the need to Examine Your Practice periodically.
